As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will work with your manager as well as colleagues across marketing, sales and customer success to consult our strategic clients to adopt our consumer marketing best practices that deliver engagement to meet our shared program goals. At your accounts, you’ll be responsible for leading member-facing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, grow account registration, and increase first time use of Included Health’s products and services. You’ll drive the agenda for understanding the target audience and conduct historical look-backs to measure campaign effectiveness. You’ll use your deep understanding of how members engage with our products to consult our clients on consumer marketing best practices. You’ll use your performance marketing toolkit to develop strategic communication plans in partnership with our Account Managers. You’ll present at meetings to sell-in campaign ideas, lead creative development, and report out campaign performance. This role is a perfect fit for someone who has a passion for healthcare, a breadth of diverse marketing channel expertise -- who is a natural collaborator with strong EQ -- and who is results driven.
This role is both innovative in needing to think about new ideas and ways to partner with our most strategic clients to engage our members while also thinking about how we scale our tools and resources to be operationally effective. Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic communications plans for your large market accounts. These plans should include broad-based and targeted campaigns that focus on driving awareness, activation, and utilization of Included Health products and services
  • Be the champion of Included Health marketing engagement best practices in order to “sell in” those playbooks to our diverse customer base.
  • Develop best practice case studies and other marketing communication tactics that drive adoption of our marketing tools.
  • Draw insights from members and serve as their voice in communication development.
  • Develop consultative and strategic relationships with our customers on the topic of communications and member marketing.
  • Create and execute strategic communications plans for your large market accounts. These plans should include broad-based and targeted campaigns that focus on driving awareness, activation, and utilization of Included Health products and services.
  • Develop high-impact, convincing oral and written presentations of creative concepts.
  • Measure and share campaign performance to internal (growth marketing, product, and account team) and external (customer) stakeholders.
  • Keep learning! Brainstorm and bring to life new tactics, campaigns and ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in consumer marketing
  • BA or BS required
  • Experience driving digital experience or marketing initiatives in a client-facing capacity
  • Excellent writing and communication skills -- able to build credibility with our customer through ‘in person’ meetings and also able to develop written communications that summarize and sell-in our engagement plan recommendations.
  • Superb organization; comfort managing a project from creative inception through execution and into analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, who can work independently and proactively
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Delight in being detail-focused

  • Excitement to develop hypotheses and methods for testing and verification
  • Proficiency in content production especially for email and direct mail channels

  • We’re a lean, fast-paced Consumer Marketing team working hard to develop effective marketing strategies that tie to member needs and are proven to drive member engagement. Our goal as a team is to ensure that millions of eligible members are aware of, register for, and use Included Health’s product services for a better, more personalized, healthcare experience.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $106,700 - $158,750 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $88,900 - $132,250 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
