As our Head of Partner Marketing you will amplify the impact of Included Health on the members it serves by leading a team that is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage the populations of our clients. This role is perfect for an experienced leader who is passionate about building a world-class team, developing talent, and driving results. This position reports to the Included Health Senior Vice President of Member Care and Consumer Marketing.

You will leverage your leadership experience, operational acumen, and love for nurturing talent to build a high-performing team that is laser focused on delivering world-class engagement for members and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a comprehensive vision that aligns with the overarching goals of Consumer Marketing and Included Health
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Support team in the development of strategic engagement playbooks and plans that drive awareness and engagement for our clients
  • Work closely with our policy team to develop and drive communications programs that advance our advocacy initiatives
  • Design and implement processes that enable scale and drive insights for the Partner Marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience and success in a leadership role with people management responsibilities; healthcare experience a strong preference
  • Demonstrated experience successfully driving programmatic and operational change through direct leadership and influence across stakeholders
  • Able to effectively communicate in a variety of formats and styles
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts
  • Natural ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate
  • Operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity
  • Passionate about improving the quality and experience of clinical care delivered in the US healthcare system
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $181,000 - $276,025 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $150,800 - $230,000 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
