Talent Partners (HR Business Partners) are responsible for partnering closely with our business leaders and driving the achievement of business objectives through exceptional people practices and close partnership with our Clinical organization.. This role plays a crucial role within the TAO team, reporting directly to Director, Talent Management. The overall Talent Partner team currently consists of 11 members.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Talent lead and Business Partner to our Chief Medical Officer and the Clinical team, proactively working with leaders to build and execute on talent and workforce plans that deliver business results
  • Partner with the HR People Analytics team to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets to tell a compelling story about our employees and inform decision making across the company
  • Build program infrastructure for repeatable Employee Experience processes and thought partnership for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Provide employee relations support to assist employees and leaders in resolving issues
  • Assess leadership and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Partner with Finance and Executive Team members for efficient Workforce & Org Planning
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to leaders and employees
  • Partner with the broader TAO team to design, communicate and implement core HR systems and initiatives, from change management to goal-setting to engagement surveys, taking lead ownership for these processes related to assigned client teams

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
  • At least 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience or other relevant work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience directly supporting a C-Level Executive
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a fast-paced, distributed workforce
  • Strategic and empathetic thinker, quick to recognize business challenges and their real and potential impact on employees
  • Perceptive and thoughtful in identifying issues and developing appropriate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trusted relationships and provide effective coaching
  • Ability to keep information confidential and handle sensitive issues with empathy and strong judgment
  • Initiative and enthusiasm to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced work environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to travel at least 1x per quarter - additional travel may be required depending on business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare organization and directly supporting Clinical Teams (MD’s, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, MFT, NP’s) and leaders in a Clinical setting (hospital, health system, etc)

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $108,890 - $141,560 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $125,224 - $162,794 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $136,113 - $176,950 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $141,557 - $184,028 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
