Project / Program Managers are responsible for executing projects and programs in collaboration with stakeholders and resources across Included Health and mentoring, coaching, and leading project partners to successful outcomes. This position will play a crucial role within the Project Delivery Center, reporting directly to Andreas Heid, CIO. The team currently consists of 2 members.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership to plan and execute projects and programs in collaboration with stakeholders in the CIO organization and in the company’s business functions
  • Define project scope, requirements, and shared goals / success criteria in collaboration with the business partners
  • Identify project resource needs and manage those resources in an effective and efficient manner to deliver project objectives set in the scoping phase
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, execution, adjustments, risks, and progress towards project goals
  • Utilize company and industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution and follow Project Management Office Playbook, guidelines and templates
  • Identify, document, track, and respond to project risks, issues, and change requests to ensure effective project progress
  • Mentor and coach project team members to instill a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, overcome obstacles, and enhance efficiency/adaptability
  • Utilize ceremonies for constant alignment with project team members and stakeholders across the company

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-6 years project / program management experience in Information Technology
  • 2 years of full time experience supporting Cyber Security Projects and Programs
  • Strong ownership and measurement mentality for projects and programs with a clear focus on delivering outcome / impact
  • Keen interest in understanding the business, its needs and opportunities to continuously add more value as a PM
  • Effective and clear oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking with ability to adapt to change and seamlessly adjust team priorities to deliver best results
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and with an analytical approach
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders for business requirement gathering and communicate issues and challenges on behalf of the project team
  • Track record of creating comprehensive plans, being able to continuously track and close action items, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and to drive to decisions in a cross-functional environment
  • Capability to determine priorities and address multiple demands while advancing key deliverables
  • Data-driven decision maker with diplomatic yet direct problem-solving skills
  • Bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • PMP Certification

Physical/Cognitive Requirements

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: [108,890 - 141,560] + equity + benefits
Zone B: [125,224 - 162,794] + equity + benefits
Zone C: [136,113 - 176,950] + equity + benefits
Zone D: [141,557 - 184,028] + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
