The Marketing Manager will manage downstream strategic and tactical marketing activities for Included Health. This position is responsible for the successful planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns and programs to drive lead generation and sales enablement through the sales cycle. This role manages B2B demand generation efforts, including overall strategy, vendor selection and contracts, deployment, optimization and reporting. The Marketing Manager works closely with members of the Corporate Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and drive top of funnel opportunities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to articulate and promote Included Health’s value proposition and competitive positioning to prospective health plan and public sector customers, as well as existing partners.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to generate interest and high-quality leads among health plan and public sector buyers, supporting growth objectives and driving pipeline opportunities for the Sales team.
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, events, digital/social programs, advertising, direct mail, content syndication, and website enhancements.
- Lead marketing efforts to enhance client engagement and drive awareness of Included Health’s offerings among health plan clients, fostering deeper consideration and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success teams to create targeted sales materials, including presentation decks, and provide training to the sales team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Align health plan and public sector marketing efforts with brand and product positioning, staying attuned to the competitive landscape and the evolving needs of prospects and clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in Marketing
- Strong preference for health plan experience and healthcare/benefits experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing or business administration
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with proven success
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required.
- Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices).
- Some overnight business travel may be required.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $85,320 - $110,910 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $98,118 - $127,547 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $106,650 - $138,638 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $110,916 - $144,183 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
