INRIX is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to define, champion, and execute INRIX’s overall marketing strategy. This position will oversee all marketing operations and be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to strengthen our market presence, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. Your primary goal will be to increase our market share and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

This position is a key member of our leadership team and will contribute to INRIX’s overall strategy, vision and leadership. The CMO is based in Kirkland, WA and reports to our President & CEO.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing team to position INRIX as a global industry leader.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Ensure brand consistency, messaging, and quality across the global organization.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of marketing and PR, including digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, branding, and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively increase brand awareness, support sales efforts, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media, and key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
  • Utilize marketing analytics and KPIs to measure and optimize campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness; optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Lead Public Relations efforts to maximize exposure for INRIX as an innovator and leader.
  • Champion the INRIX brand internally and externally; represent INRIX at industry events globally across our different verticals.
  • Oversee marketing budget and allocate resources wisely.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skillset
  • Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar senior-level marketing role within a B2B technology company.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Expertise in defining and driving innovative and effective Public Relations strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically, see the big picture, and execute successfully.
  • Comfortable wrestling with strategic conflicts, establishing priorities, and managing tradeoffs.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The compensation range for this role is $300,000 – $350,000, including base salary and bonus. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. INRIX may modify the pay range at any time.
