What you will do in a Senior Controls Analyst role at Kyruus Health:

  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining a robust Product Readiness process, ensuring that there are sufficient controls to align stakeholder requirements, business objectives and compliance with regulations. You’ll maintain documentatIon of associated processes and lead meetings to ensure that releases of new product functionality are well coordinated with sufficient oversight, documentation, coordinatIon and training.
  • You’ll support the Product organization to ensure that documentation and knowledge of current product functionality and compliance is up to date. You’ll assist in ensuring that the Delivery, Legal, and Information Security organizations have sufficient information for responding to client compliance inquiries.
  • You’ll assist the Product organizatIon in staying current with updates to changing compliance standards. You’ll leverage your experience of governance and compliance frameworks to help the organization manage risk and ensure products remain in line with regulatIon and certificatIon goals.
  • Support and coordinate the updating of compliance reporting, from NCQA delegations, accessibility and usability studies, and compliance reporting with a variety of agencies and standards.
  • Support and maintain Product Development lifecycle development tracking of features and products, including stage gating processes for future products and upgrades.
  • Become an expert in our Analytics Platform, Looker Studio, and provide Product Managers with training & support.
  • Help drive Product goals by ensuring that we are recording sufficient data to track our Key Metrics and helping to build dashboards to track the effectiveness of product changes at driving change in key metrics.
  • You’ll be responsible for evaluating the efficiency of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. You may also be required to update process documents and conduct efficiency audits.
  • You’ll report to the Director, Portfolio and Program Management in the Product Lifecycle Management Department within the Product Division.

What you will bring:

  • 4-6 years Senior Controls Analyst experience or similar role in Governance, Compliance, or Project Management.
  • G Suite proficiency; Experience w/ Confluence or similar tool; Looker experience a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to juggle, shift gears and maintain a sense of humor
  • Practiced in applying governance and regulatory frameworks to day to day product management operations.
  • Experienced in the day to day project and program management best practices and coaching teams to operate with clarity and efficiency to meet their goals.
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
  • Ability to pick up new tools and bring a data-driven approach to measuring success
  • Comfortable when communicating with multiple roles and departments, adapting communications to a wide variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
