What we look for
Mission-Driven Problem Solvers. The aerospace frontier demands ingenuity. We want Team members who approach challenges with curiosity, embrace failure as a learning opportunity, and stay focused on delivering the best solution for the mission.
Total Ownership. We seek staff and engineers who take full responsibility for contributing to and delivering flight-ready work while recognizing that no one succeeds alone. The best engineers, corporate professionals, and technicians make their teammates better. Knowing that complementary skills create force multiplication and drive mission success.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leadership to develop deep role fluency, build targeted sourcing strategies, and move candidates through our process without losing speed or quality. This role will be more than execution, the goal is to bring a strategic perspective to talent, push back when the bar isn't right, and help build repeatable recruiting infrastructure as the company scales. You'll need proven familiarity with the aerospace, defense, and VC backed hardware technology talent landscape, and an intuition for finding and closing engineers and technicians who are hard to source and harder to move.

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, advising on market conditions, talent availability, and calibration throughout the search
  • Drive a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer, with clear and timely communication at every stage
  • Oversee accurate records in Lever across all active requisitions, including opportunity stages, candidate notes, and disposition data

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build trust with engineering leaders, manage expectations, and push back constructively when needed
  • Experience managing 10+ requisitions simultaneously across varying technical disciplines and seniority levels
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive outreach strategies
