About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a driven, highly motivated Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager with healthcare or benefits experience to join our growing Partnerships team. The Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate projects within the partnerships team, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of both project management and how Lyra’s mental health solution fits into an employer’s overall benefits strategy. In this role you will balance and manage high-priority, high-visibility sales strategy projects with meticulous attention to detail—while always keeping the big picture of how each project fits into Lyra’s overall mission and strategy in mind.
The successful candidate will be flexible but determined and one who enjoys tackling hard problems, increasing efficiencies, reducing manual work and working with teams to achieve goals. This person will build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders to understand partnerships team needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate project plans. The ideal candidate is passionate about the details, thinks multiple steps ahead, is known for being a successful problem solver, fosters a collaborative team environment, and will set the tone for delivering excellence to partners throughout Lyra.

Requirements:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of assigned Partnerships projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines, revising them as requirements and needs change
  • Develop project documentation, such as agendas, minutes, issue lists, etc.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, presentations
  • Analyze project successes and failures to ensure continuous quality improvement
  • Collaborate with core Partnerships team members, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical activities of assigned projects
  • Develop and execute analysis in support of strategic planning, partnerships, and business development
  • Manage relationships with external partners in support of strategic initiatives as needed
  • Translate and prioritize business needs and drive cross-functional projects that involve the Partnerships team - owning planning, execution, and communications
  • Use a data driven approach to initiate, improve and scale current Partnerships processes
  • Evaluate and refine project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in project management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Prior work experience in benefits, healthcare, or digital health
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient at leveraging technology to track and manage deliverables and timelines, including using project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel or Google Sheets and pivot tables
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyze data and create insights
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings, presenting to leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Decisive, but respectful of and adaptive to changing priorities while keeping teams on track
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
