Role Overview
Lyra Health are recruiting a Commercial Manager to assist with strategic, financial and business development for our European entities. Reporting to the Regional Market Development Manager (Europe), you will play a key role in supporting the company’s period of growth and change and be a role model for the expected behaviours and attitudes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
· Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth across European markets.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's presence in
the region.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global business objectives.
Financial Management
· Develop and manage the regional budget, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and
profitability analysis.
· Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure the region meets or exceeds financial targets.
· Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on commercial performance.
Team Leadership & Development
· Supervise and lead a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers located
across Europe.
· Mentor and develop the team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.
· Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews to drive accountability
and results.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Market Analysis & Business Development
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
· Lead the development of new business initiatives, including product launches and market entry strategies.
About you
· Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing commercial operations.
· Ability to travel within Europe when required
· Fluent in English, knowledge of additional European languages is a plus, with a strong preference for Hungarian
· Organised, ability to plan and prioritises workload effectively.
· Continuous improvement mind-set – looking at opportunities to innovate & improve.
· Honest, loyal, and full of integrity.
· Takes ownership and is a pragmatic problem solver.
· Ability to ensure accuracy of data and maintain confidentiality, with high attention to detail.

· Ability to work as part of a team and accept change readily.
· Ability to work without close supervision whilst ensuring key issues are escalated as appropriate.

· Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
· Will have strong use of English language and at least one other European language skill.
Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, across European markets
