The Lyra International clinical governance team is responsible for quality assurance across our network of subsidiaries, and direct affiliates/clinical providers. The Clinical Governance Coordinator role will work closely with all Lyra International subsidiaries and Lyra Health to drive high quality service delivery by assisting the wider Clinical Governance team with administration and project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical governance team in collating information in user friendly formats for wider use within the business.
  • Working with key stakeholders to gather information required to support auditing, customer queries or service deep dives.
  • Assisting with data reviews and data corrections for operations.
  • To collate statistics for the Clinical Leads to monitor
  • Assisting with the administrative support of our subsidiaries, partners and key stakeholders based on their needs.
  • Supporting the tracking of various quality improvement projects across our network.
  • To manage emails in the team specific mailboxes
  • Project coordination and maintenance
  • Completion of quarterly test calls
  • Support in relation to Customer Queries and preparation for customer QBRs
  • First response in relation to customer complaints
  • Support team members with Customer Feedback initiatives

Experience

  • Advanced excel and google sheets knowledge
  • Solid experience in working with complex spreadsheets and ability to adapt quickly to various systems
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience at a high level of complexity.
  • Experience within a client administration or EAP environment is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of working in a diverse and international environment will equally be considered favorably.

Qualifications

  • Matric is essential
  • Ideally you will have a relevant qualification in administration, business or similar
