About the role
Lyra is looking for an experienced mental health clinical leader with a passion for clinical quality and supervision. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated enthusiasm and experience in clinical quality assurance, consultation regarding EBTs, a deep commitment to culturally responsive care, and experience in administrative and clinical management of mental health providers.
For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to provide management oversight and clinical consultation to therapists practicing CBT and other evidence-based practices through our innovative video therapy platform. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on clinical quality metrics and consulting on clinical cases. You will also assist with key quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews.
This position is fully remote and reports to a Senior Clinical Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision of up to 50 therapists in clinical practice
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and consultation to therapists
  • Provide ongoing feedback regarding therapists’ performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to the Lyra Care model, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Ensure care provided across their team is short term, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and outcomes-driven
  • Lead ongoing clinical 1:1’s and group consultations with assigned therapists and specialty consultation groups
  • Maintain a small personal caseload of clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited graduate program
  • Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States
  • 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience
  • Highly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, etc.)
  • Experienced in brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement based care
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence based therapies
  • Prior administrative management experience is a plus
  • Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care
  • Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (listening and communicating)
  • Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
