Requirements
- PsyD/PhD in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited graduate program
- Unrestricted PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) with Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Psychology (APIT) via PSYPACT without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed to support program growth
- Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT, ERP) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
- Experience with pediatric trauma work required
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
- Passionate about helping kids, teens, young adults, and families to achieve goals
- Experience maintaining a full-time clinical caseload (28 bookable calendar spots weekly)
- Availability to work afternoon and evening hours. Must be able to work 11am-8pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday
- Potential opportunity to work Saturdays
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Full-time resident of the United States
