As our Brand Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building and evolving the Lyra Wellbeing brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Oversight: Coordinating and overseeing the branding of Lyra Wellbeing marketing and communications across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Brand Enhancement: Collaborating closely with Lyra Health creative teams to continuously improve and enhance branding across the entire Lyra Wellbeing suite.
  • Global Brand Liaison: Acting as the primary Lyra Wellbeing branding point of contact for our global subsidiaries and licensees, ensuring brand integrity worldwide.
  • Customer Engagement: Building and developing innovative customer communications systems to increase awareness and engagement with Lyra Wellbeing services.
  • Cohesive Customer Experience: Working alongside the Member Marketing Manager to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience for all customers across the marketing funnel.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborating with the Product team to ensure timely communication and effective promotion of key new releases and updates.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Partnering with the Marketing Insights Executive to leverage data, trends, and market analysis, shaping impactful marketing and content decisions.
  • Local Market Adaptation: Adapting brand messaging and/or strategy to suit the nuances and specific needs of local markets.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in brand development or brand management.
  • Proven experience creating new workflows and processes from scratch.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.

Skillset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of core digital organic marketing channels (SEO, social media, web, etc.).
  • Resourceful, creative, and flexible, with a self-motivated, initiative-taking, committed, and self-confident approach.
