Full commitment to the following non-negotiable fixed schedule is required:
Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday.
Work Hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Days Off: Sunday and Monday.
Clinical and Operational Expertise
- Required to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional). A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of direct clinical practice with a solid, verifiable foundation in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2). You are comfortable conducting therapy sessions, understanding complex idioms, and writing technical reports in English.
- You navigate digital tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms with ease
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the multicultural sensitivity needed to support a diverse, international workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to work fast and under pressure to meet 24-hour Critical Incident SLAs.
Summary
We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and passionate Bilingual Emotional Consultant to join our clinical operations team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees from our corporate clients facing acute mental health challenges. You will operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment providing immediate crisis containment, brief evidence-based interventions, and case management in both English and Spanish.
