About the Role

Arch is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation to scale our pipeline generation efforts. You’ll report directly to the CEO to grow top-of-funnel and help build our overall lead generation efforts through content, paid, community, developer, and industry strategies. We’re looking for someone that has a proven track record of generating pipeline for a technical B2B product built on open source components.

Our focus is on scaling our outbound into a predictable sales operation, powered by industry and vertical-specific demand generation. We are looking for someone to continue the strong foundation we have with both our Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partners and direct vertical-specific client demand. You should have experience in a startup environment - we’re focused on weekly progress, not quarterly. You should also have marketed to technical and non-technical leadership roles around data-related pain points.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner directly with the CEO to define Arch’s lead generation and marketing strategy with a primary goal of generating sales pipeline
  • Conduct periodic discovery and sales enablement calls as needed
  • Build compelling nurture campaigns to drive leads through the marketing funnel
  • Spearhead our customer acquisition strategy with rapid experimentation around Content, SEO, SEM, Linkedin Ads, Youtube Ads, social and events
  • Partner closely with our sales team to generate & track success in the sales pipeline
  • Build our initial outbound playbook that will serve as the foundation for our Sales team as we scale
  • Orchestrate product launches and content alongside our Engineering Team

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing roles
  • Comfortable talking with prospects and customers
  • Strong ownership mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable executing directly - no task is too small for you as long as it moves us towards our goals
  • Prior experience with technical products, open source developer tools, or B2B SaaS startups
  • Prior experience marketing to a technical audience
  • Interested in running experiments, analyzing them
  • Works in the Americas timezones - Pacific to Eastern (living in the US is not a requirement)

Expected compensation range is depending on experience from $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually
