Your tasks

- You are the interface as part of a customer support team between our customers, sales colleagues and our internal product development team

- Training of new customers, onboarding, follow-up training with customers

- Supporting the global sales team, sales back office and logistics

- Social media support, contributing ideas, creating content

- Working independently but also finding solutions with your team

- Contributing suggestions for improvement for product development

Your profile

- You enjoy customer contact and dealing with people is important to you

- You have completed vocational training with a high school diploma (AHS, HAK, HTL), a commercial apprenticeship or you are a returnee and have several years of experience.

- Relevant practical work experience in customer support or administration, or demonstrable private experience

- Analytical thinking skills, structured work and a high level of commitment

- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

- Experience in dealing with common operating systems, MS Office and ERP systems
