With a focus on enhancing patient experience and treatment outcomes our first product, OrthoPulse accelerates orthodontic tooth movement safely and effectively.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to join our team. The Sales & Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and implementing OrthoPulse into detnal and orthodontic practices. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, technical expertise, relationship building and customer service skills to ensure successful product integration and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with dental professionals.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Demonstrate and present medical devices to doctors and staff.
  • Win over new practices and achieve sales targets.

Implementation and Support:

  • Help set-up and train new practices how to implement OrthoPulse.
  • Conduct lunch & learns & training sessions wiht practice staff.
  • Conduct regular reviews with practices to help them grow their OrthoPusle case starts.
  • Support makreting efforts of dental practices through various initiatives including managing open days.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Liase with our customer support team for troubleshooting

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Offer market insights to marketing and product teams.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Track and record all sales an client interactions in our CRM system
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in medical device sales or similar field.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Technical aptitude for understanding and explaining medical devices.

· Willingness to travel to client sites as required (requires extensive travel wihtin your region).

· Expereince in relationship management and conducting training.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred.
