We are a small, dynamic team seeking a Manager with robust accounting knowledge and experience, ready to take on responsibilities across accounting, logistics, customer service, and administration. This role will be vital in our operations across Geneva, Vienna, and the USA.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations up to trial balance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Lead and support financial reporting and audit preparations.

Independently manage and enhance logistics and order fulfillment processes.

Contribute to customer service excellence and administrative duties for our legal entities across Austria, Switzerland, and the USA.

Provide leadership and guidance to a small administrative team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

At least 5-10 years of professional accounting experience.

Completed secondary education in management (equivalent to kaufmännische Ausbildung).

Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in managing projects and responsibilities.

Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities and getting things done with a can-do/hands-on approach.

Excellent command of both German and English, with proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with standard operating systems, MS Office, and ERP software.
