The Senior Investment Solutions Manager will support the Portfolio Management Team, Advisory Team, and the Personal Strategy Investment Committee to promote better financial outcomes for clients. This includes direct and indirect client communications, investment content creation and updates, portfolio analysis, and project work on potential new investment services.

What you will do:

  • Work directly with retail investment clients and advisors (primarily joining phone and video calls) to act as an expert voice to communicate investment and portfolio topics and build stronger relationships
  • Create and update written and other forms of content to express investing concepts or market commentary
  • Answer written portfolio management related questions from clients
  • Stay current on news and topics impacting markets
  • Present at in-person client events
  • Understand, enhance, and monitor portfolio reporting, attribution, and risk management for all core strategies
  • Support efforts to improve the team’s data structure, management, and usage
  • Support launch of new investment products or services through interaction with product, engineering, marketing, and other groups
  • General support for Investment Committee as needed
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven record of accomplishment and productivity
  • 7+ years investment industry experience
  • FINRA Series 65 required
  • FINRA Fingerprint required
  • Strong understanding of core portfolio management theories and processes
  • Solid grasp of basic financial planning topics

  • CFP® and/or CFA designation preferred but not required
  • Exceptional communicator who is empathetic and enjoys client facing interaction

  • Passion for learning about and studying capital markets
  • Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work

Base Salary Range

$120,600.00 - $174,825.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
