Shift Timings:-7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST/ 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM(ShouldbeOpen to changes based on business needs)
Job Summary: -
Specialists serve as an operational contactrepresentingEmpower and are expected to coordinate andoversee theclaimssubmittedby beneficiaries and Plan Sponsor. Toadjudication of the claimsubmittedand process the distribution of the funds to the rightful beneficiary if requested.Manages daily communications with internalteam memberstomaintainor improvequalityof the processed requests.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:-
Willbe handling Death processing an at Empower for adjudication of the death claim form and distribution of the funds.
Ability to compile,interpretand analyze data. Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Significant experienceinteracting with workflow systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many in-flight deliverables at once on tight deadlines.
Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile perteamrequirements.
Must have a proventrack recordof having exceeded the productivity& accuracytargets.
Should have the ability to research unique& complexwork requests and escalate appropriately.
Background and Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree isamust.
1-3 years of experience. (6-12 months maximum working experience in corporatecompanies)
401k knowledge will be added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solveeffectively.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team andindividually.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Flexibleto work any shift based on the businessrequirement.
