The principal purpose of the Analyst-Research is to provide insights around our customers and market trends to leadership. This is an exciting role where you will use the market research data and apply various techniques to come up with actionable insights.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis based on research data independently by applying various statistical concepts/ techniques like multiple regression, factor, cluster analysis, etc.
• Partner with research team in our Denver office to understand the scope/nature of projects, work with them in defining various research needs and building appropriate methodology provide well-informed inputs
• Produce established and recurring custom reports, as well as investigate and resolve data discrepancies as they arise
• Ability to communicate statistical data to business leaders for clear insight and actions

Required Experience:
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Primary market research and analysis required
• Proficiency of key analysis/ statistical concepts & hands on experience with tools like SPSS, SAS, etc.
• Exposure to advanced Excel, Online survey management, Data visualization would be added advantage
• Experience of working in Financial Services (or for clients in Financial Services) a plus
• Very good understanding of MR project lifecycle starting from Problem definition, Sampling, Questionnaire design, Data Preparation/Transformation, Analyses and Presentation writing and delivery
• Good exposure to different kinds of MR projects like Customer Sat, Product/Concept tests, Brand research etc.

Required Skills and Competencies:
• Displays a flair for quantitative and qualitative data analyses and interpretation
• Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to 'own' a number of tasks simultaneously while delivering against tight delivery timeframes
• Should have effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills- ‘Persuasive and Influencing’ style would be a good fit for the role
• Excellent team player

Educational Qualification:
• Graduate / Post-graduate degree in Business Management/Statistics/Economics/Finance
