We're an AI-forward team: you'll use AI agents and modern ML tooling to work at greater scale than traditional methods allow, with your technical judgment governing every output. We are hiring an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer to contribute across the entire stack, from the data layer to the interfaces our government and commercial users rely on to detect and characterize emerging biological threats. You'll own features end to end, from specification to production, and use AI coding agents to take on the scope usually required of a larger team. We prioritize strategic architectural outcomes and technical judgment over traditional, volume-based code metrics. This role is for someone who treats AI coding agents as a primary tool of the trade: mastering prompt architecture, orchestrating multi-agent workflows in parallel, reviewing and hardening their output, and owning the result end to end. You will be building a platform that helps the U.S. government detect, characterize, and attribute biological threats.
