We're an AI-forward team: you'll use AI agents and modern ML tooling to work at greater scale than traditional methods allow, with your scientific judgment governing every output. We are hiring an AI-Native Junior Epidemiologist to support applied epidemiology and biological threat characterization while building the AI-native habits that define how we work. You will analyze biosurveillance data, contribute to our commercial products, and learn to operationalize AI tools to do epidemiology faster and at greater scale than legacy methods allow. This is an early-career role for someone who is genuinely curious about both infectious disease and AI. You will work closely with senior epidemiologists and engineers, using AI agents to accelerate your analysis while developing the judgment to review and validate everything generated by AI.
