Enterprise Account Executive, New Business

The Enterprise Account Executive plays a critical role on our go-to-market team for the U.S. We’re looking for an elite new business executive to help us break into the world’s largest brands.

At Quiq, we work with C-level executives, customer experience and support leaders and product and engineering teams at large global brands who are building next generation Customer Experiences with Quiq.

As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will set the strategic vision of landing new large enterprise and strategic accounts, direct our resources to support your strategy, and execute sales at a tactical level to grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed prospecting activity, pipeline, and account landing goals on a quarterly basis.
  • Continually build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with prospects in your named Account list.
  • Become a product and solutions selling expert and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
  • Identify, manage and attend industry events and user groups to generate market awareness.
  • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during fast moving and complex sales cycles.
  • Track all opportunity and account details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
  • Own a new business quota and achieve pipeline and sales targets
  • Travel to events and customer and prospect on-sites, at least 25% of the time

Minimum Requirements

  • You must have at least 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • 5+ years’ Experience with Contact Center, Customer Experience or AI software
  • Experience and interest in field sales
  • A passion for solutions-oriented consultative sales
  • Demonstrable record of setting and exceed sales goals
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for making customers successful
  • Current personal experience with AI tools and understanding of LLMs
  • Strong understanding of developing human centric CX experiences, enterprise systems and Consulting, middleware, etc.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with our prospects and customers
