About the role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own our agentic AI scheduling product, including insights and demand forecasting. You’ll have the opportunity to shape not just features, but the way AI transforms frontline labor at scale.

This isn’t a “make an AI feature” role. You won’t just be building software for humans, you’ll be designing how the AI itself works: what it notices, how it decides, and how it adapts in real time across thousands of locations. It’s the kind of system that’s only been possible in the last few years, and we’re applying it to one of the biggest parts of the global economy. You’ll work directly with our Stanford AI research team and engineering leaders to design systems that reason, learn, and act, turning high-level business goals into concrete, self-optimizing workflows.

You’ll report to the VP of Product, work in a tight triad with Engineering and Design, and move from strategic ideation to rapid execution with high autonomy. The problems are complex, the ambiguity is high, and the opportunity to create category-defining impact is massive.

What you’ll do

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution for our agentic AI scheduling platform, demand forecasting, and operational insights.
• Partner directly with AI researchers to explore new capabilities, then translate them into product breakthroughs.
• Design feedback loops so the system continuously learns from user behavior and operational outcomes.
• Operate in a triad with Engineering and Design to align from strategy to delivery and make smart trade-offs.
• Define and monitor the key metrics that shape how the AI adapts, ensuring we’re driving measurable ROI for customers.
• Maintain close relationships with customers to align the AI’s decision-making with real-world needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from 0→1 launches to continuous iteration, in a high-speed, high-ownership environment.
• Jump in wherever needed, from prototyping new workflows to debugging an algorithm’s behavior in production.

What we’re looking for

• 4 - 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fast-paced AI, SaaS, or startup environments
• Track record of successful 0 to 1 product launches from concept to completion
• Strong ability to gather and analyze customer insights for product decisions
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledge
• Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders
