About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help craft the future of ReadyOn’s core product. In this role, you’ll contribute to the experiences at the heart of our mission: bring clarity and consistency to managers, while respecting workers’ time and preferences.

Design is crucial to our platform’s success. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams to bring features from conception through to implementation, all while maintaining and raising the standard for the craft and finish across the product.

What you’ll do

• Focus on projects to help improve customers hire, schedule, and manage their workforce, resulting in comprehensive and polished end-to-end experiences
• Partner with product and engineering to represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, ensure quality implementation, and play an active role in planning and prioritization
• Support user research efforts in partnership with product to inform decisions
• Utilize and contribute to ReadyOn’s design system
• Ideate and prototype using AI and other emerging tools

What we’re looking for

• An online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills
• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology company
• A passion for building full 0-1 products
• Experience navigating ambiguity and iterating rapidly based on user insights, data, and business needs to arrive at a solution
• The ability to clearly articulate your work, process, and decisions, and actively seek feedback to elevate the quality of what you create
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools

Nice to have

• Experience with insights or data heavy products
• Experience ideating, building, and prototyping with AI tools
