About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Designer to join the R&D Organization creating complex enterprise B2B software
This role is for those who enjoy a fast-paced, startup-like environment where you'll build, test, learn, and iterate rapidly. You'll take ownership of the UX process, from discovery research through execution, with support and mentorship from your manager and the UX team. You'll work with autonomy and accountability alongside a product manager, engineer manager and engineering team
The UX team consists of product designers and technical writers who are committed to helping our users create compelling product experiences. We use Figma to create designs using our design system, Habanero. In addition, we employ a set of tools to connect with current and potential customers both within and outside our product.
The Growth group at Salsify is focused on creating new products, exploring emerging opportunities, integrating AI capabilities, and capabilities that drive customer satisfaction and business expansion. You'll be part of a collaborative UX team while having direct ownership of your product area's experience. The role reports to the UX Manager of Growth in our R&D organization.

Required Experience
- 3-5+ years of Product Design experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS
- Experience designing products with features powered by generative AI/LLMs for B2B users - portfolio must demonstrate work in this area (e.g., AI assistants, copilots, conversational interfaces, content generation)
- Strong UX/research foundation - portfolio shows research-driven design process, not just final designs
- Communication skills and English fluency - comfortable conducting research, facilitating, and presenting in English
- Portfolio required - showing your research process, strategic thinking, and measurable outcomes
Bonus Points
- Experience with Lean UX methodologies
- Experience with B2B catalog, e-commerce, or data management products
- Background in startups or fast-growth environments
- Experience elevating products from functional to exceptional
