We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Quality Professional – Handling, Storage & Distribution (Internal).

The Opportunity

Provide effective Quality support to ANZ Loan Kit & Set Creation Operations, Facilities (EFM) and other stakeholders to ensure J&J products are stored and distributed with a high focus on Quality & Compliance, in order to meet the expectations of customers and patients.

Support the execution and compliance of Quality Management System elements applicable to Johnson & Johnson MedTech Loan Kit and Set Creation Operations in Australia/New Zealand, including the DePuy Synthes Loaner Standard.

Ensure that products distributed by Johnson & Johnson MedTech Loan Kit and Set Creation Operations in ANZ are stored and distributed in accordance with Johnson & Johnson standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive timely and effective resolution of Quality issues relating to the distribution of Johnson & Johnson MedTech products.

Drive continuous improvements in MedTech Supply Chain Quality performance.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Provide Quality support and approval of MedTech Supply Chain related Quality Investigations, CAPA’s & Change Controls

  • Ensure MedTech Supply Chain related J&J standards are effectively implemented, and support on-going compliance through regular quality audits &/or site visits (onsite or virtual)

  • Provide Quality support for internal, external & JJRC audits (preparation and audit management)

  • Work closely with MedTech Supply Chain Operations on the response, remediation & closure of audit observations arising from internal & external audits

  • Support MedTech Supply Chain related Facilities activities including maintenance & calibration, pest control & cleaning

  • Provide Quality support for the development, review & approval of MedTech Supply Chain related documents (SOP’s WI’s, forms, etc.)

  • Provide support to Commercial Quality for the implementation and improvement of Quality Management Systems

  • Regular engagement with APAC Loaner Centre of Excellence for updates to DePuy Synthes SOP’s & WI’s, best practice sharing & alignment on practices

  • Support Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives through active project participation

About You

  • Required qualifications: Graduate or post graduate qualification, preferably in Science, Engineering or Biotechnology

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years Quality Assurance experience in a healthcare or Loan Kit environment

  • Knowledge of ANZ medical device regulatory environment advantageous

  • Travel on the job: <10% | Domestic / International
