Position Overview

The Country Manager Poland will lead the next phase of development of the Reducer business in Poland, building on an established foundation.

This role focuses on further structuring and developing the market, strengthening physician partnerships, and driving sustainable growth within a dynamic and evolving environment. It requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with execution and is able to operate effectively in a complex and evolving context while ensuring clarity in direction and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership

  • Own the performance and strategic direction of the Reducer business in Poland.

  • Build on the existing market to unlock further growth.

  • Translate international strategy into clear local priorities.

Team Leadership

  • Build and develop a lean, high-performing team.

  • Set clear expectations and drive accountability.

  • Foster collaboration across commercial, clinical, and marketing functions.

Therapy Development

  • Play a leading role in shaping therapy development at the local level.

  • Contribute to broader international discussions and frameworks on therapy development.

  • Drive physician engagement, referral strategies, and patient identification approaches.

  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to therapy adoption.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders.

  • Navigate local market dynamics, including access and funding.

  • Represent the company as a credible partner in the ecosystem.

Business Model and Operations

  • Ensure continuity and further development of the business model.

  • Strengthen processes and ways of working to support scalability.

  • Monitor performance and market trends to guide decisions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the medical device industry, ideally in interventional cardiology.

  • Strong combination of strategic leadership and commercial execution.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams.

  • Experience working with distributor and/or direct sales models.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Solid understanding of local market dynamics.

  • Fluent in Polish and English.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.

  • Creates a positive and constructive team environment, fostering engagement and long-term performance.
