Position Overview
The Production Control Coordinator is responsible for providing direct support for all transactions between the production floor and warehouse. The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining CER inventory and Kanbans. The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for all inventory control and production work order maintenance and transactions.
Essential Job Functions
- Organizes/maintains CER stockroom, Production Kanbans, and other locations under supervision of manager/supervisor.
- Performs materials transactions in ERP and records/updates inventory files according to procedures.
- Assists and advises manager/supervisor with logistics and disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Performs cycle-counts of materials locations, records results, and/or reports to manager/supervisor.
- Ensures that components, supplies, labels, subassemblies, and/or products are labeled correctly before being dispensed/distributed.
- Assists manager/supervisor in cross-training for materials and subassembly production functions.
- Ensures that CER is sufficiently supplied with required components and that Kanbans are filled and maintained on a consistent basis.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (B.S. or B.A.) or A.S./high school diploma with 2+ years of materials and/or manufacturing-related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet/database software.
- Ability to utilize both manual and integrated software ERP systems. Oracle experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions (e.g., safety manuals, SOPs & WIs).
- Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.
- Good organizational skills, attention to details, and follow-through skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- There may be continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) and may be required to lift objects up to 25 pounds or more.

$47,150.00 - $76,705.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
