We are looking for a full-time Event Campaign Manager for a remote, work-from-home position. This role is a critical part of the team that is responsible for supporting demand generation campaigns to find future customers. You will be managing and executing marketing efforts as well as reporting on key activities and campaigns to drive demand. This position requires close alignment with Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams.

You Will

Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • Event management: Project manage all online and offline events including live webinars, recorded webinars, in-person sponsored events, and in-person hosted events
  • Maintain and own campaign strategy: manage a comprehensive list of potential events (including sponsored, hosted, and online) for consideration and review
  • Optimize campaign performance: Analyze KPIs & messaging / A/B testing to review and adjust campaign strategies
  • Drive campaign engagement: Develop all promotional and follow up marketing materials in order to drive campaign engagement
  • Align with sales: collaborate with the sales team to identify campaign strategies that will support our sales goals and ensure the lead handoff process is optimized

You Have

  • 3-5 years experience in campaign management and email marketing in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce or similar systems
  • Understanding of management and tracking of the lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive management of workloads and multiple projects simultaneously

The US national total pay range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed.
