About the role
Guide our organization through rapid growth with clarity, engaging communications, and effective change enablement.
As Syllo introduces new tools, restructures pipelines, and evolves internal processes, this role ensures our team moves forward in step. You will own organizational messaging and change adoption, crafting the strategy and narrative behind internal rollouts so everyone understands the why, the how, and the what's next.
You’ll build change management playbooks, draft transparent internal communications, and design interactive training programs that make adopting new workflows seamless and empowering.
We are looking for a skilled communicator and change strategist who brings empathy, structure, and energy to organizational evolution.
What you will do
- Craft engaging internal communications: Lead organizational messaging across tools, processes, and structural shifts, ensuring clarity, context, and alignment.
- Build change management playbooks: Create structured, adaptable change frameworks that prepare teams for new system launches, process updates, and operational evolutions.
- Design & deliver interactive training: Develop training programs, self-paced guides, video walkthroughs, and enablement sessions that make adoption easy and intuitive.
- Measure adoption & gather feedback: Track adoption metrics and collect post-launch feedback to continuously refine change strategies and clear friction points.
Manage monthly town halls & executive prep: Lead end-to-end execution for monthly employee town halls in close partnership with Executive EAs, including preparing executive leadership, drafting presentation decks, screening employee Q&A questions, coordinating featured speakers, and managing event scheduling and logistics.
- Partner with leadership & project leads: Collaborate closely with Company Operations leads and executives to align change strategies with technical and operational roadmaps.
What you bring
- Empathetic storytelling: Ability to translate complex operational changes into clear, compelling, and action-oriented communications.
- Change adoption discipline: Experience applying practical change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR or agile models) tailored to fast-paced startup cultures.
- Enablement creativity: Instinct for building engaging educational materials, interactive workshops, and clear reference guides for diverse teams.
- Active feedback loop focus: Skilled at gathering qualitative team feedback and pivoting enablement approaches to ensure long-term behavior shifts.
- Cross-functional connection: Ability to bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders during periods of rapid growth.
Experience and qualifications
- 4+ years in change management, internal communications, organizational enablement, or business operations in high-growth technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing change campaigns for tool rollouts, operational shifts, or organizational updates with high adoption rates.
- Proven track record creating multi-channel communication plans (e.g., Slack announcements, all-hands decks, executive messaging, documentation).
- Strong portfolio of written communications, training materials, and change playbooks.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, business, or equivalent practical experience.
Total rewards and benefits
At Syllo, we believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on building the future of legal tech.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary + equity options. Range: $120K-160K
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary insurance options. Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays. Access to benefit counselors and fitness class reimbursements.
- Growth: Annual learning and development budget and real career growth in a fast-scaling organization.
