As a Program Manager on the Scaled Operations International team, you will drive initiatives to support scaled company growth and operations, work cross-functionally to solve challenging problems, and deliver results with the goal of making the organization more successful. This role can be remote or based out of Dataminr’s London, Dublin, or New York City offices.

The Opportunity:

  • Oversee implementation and day-to-day management of Dataminr scaled operations programs to drive positive outcomes and achieve program objectives

  • Support strategic and operational planning, bringing expertise and experience to scaling / rapid growth challenges

  • Build dashboards and other visualization tools to clearly communicate data-led insights

  • Conduct data analyses and deep-dives into aspects of Scaled Operations Programs and operational processes, in order to identify quality improvement and innovation opportunities

  • Propose technical solutions to help solve business and internal product challenges

  • Own and coordinate all aspects of program training, including rollout of new initiatives, setting/tracking KPIs, and regular QA of program data feeds

What You Bring:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in project management, operations management or business analysis

  • Experience working in vendor or partner management

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with high level of proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets/Slides)

  • Familiarity with analytical languages (e.g. SQL) and roficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)

  • Ability to effectively identify, prioritize, and manage multiple detailed projects simultaneously in a dynamic and rapidly-changing environment

  • Ability to write effective documentation for processes, data and systems
