You will lead our global Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and Marketing Operations functions. You will lead and develop a global team of talented Marketing professionals owning Growth Campaigns, ABM, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations. This senior leadership role is integral to driving revenue growth for Dataminr, reporting directly to our CMO.

The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced leader with demonstrable experience in driving Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations for an Enterprise SaaS solution provider of $100M ARR+

  • Pipeline & Revenue Generation - You will own the Demand Generation strategy for our Enterprise customers. Creating pipeline generation campaigns to drive new business wins, and cross-sell opportunities. Develop campaigns with a laser focus on ROI outcomes.

  • Marketing Operations - You will take ownership of the entire marketing tech stack, including reporting, forecasting and budget management. We’re looking for someone who thrives on making data-led decisions and translating this data into actionable outcomes. We’re looking for an analytical mind willing to deep dive into everything!

  • Strategic Business Partner - You’re the pipeline and revenue representation across our business. Collaboration with Sales Leadership and RevOps to develop board-level revenue forecasting and presentations as an advisor to the CMO

  • Performance Digital - We’re looking for a creative thought leader to guide our digital strategy. Taking ownership of our paid social, paid and organic search, ABM campaigns and overall digital strategy

  • Driver of High-Performance Culture - We’re embarking on a super exciting phase of our growth journey, we will reach our goals with a leader who can drive and nurture development across the team

  • Proven experience in driving Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations for an Enterprise SaaS solution provider with rapid growth and run-rate of $100M ARR+

  • Expertise in marketing technology platforms, analytics tools and budget management

  • You’ve made strategic data-driven decisions across the full funnel, where through analysis you have tangible examples of successful ROI metrics and outcomes. You uncover every opportunity to make improvements and expose risk in our pipeline.

  • Experience in working with Sales teams from CROs to BDRs to enable revenue generation intrinsically linked to Marketing Activity

  • Previous experience in cultivating board-level presentations and driving a strategic partnership with the CMO

  • A track record in scaling companies and thriving in high-energy growth environments

Colorado, New York, California, Washington only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.
Colorado: $211,000 - $234,000
New York/California/Washington: $235,000 - $260,000
