As an Account Executive, you will use your skills and experience to discover and win new business and strategically develop accounts. The opportunity

  • Plan and implement a sales strategy targeting new customer acquisitions, managing accounts and creating a pipeline through prospecting activities, driving forward under your own initiative

  • Become an indispensable partner for UK MOD customers in developing and selling transformational programmes through a deep understanding of the utility of real-time open source tools, how they fit into workflows and how their output can better improve decision making. Knowledge of defensive cyber capabilities would be a plus

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of multiple sales opportunities to meet sales KPIs on a quarterly basis

  • Be an industry expert by keeping on top of competitive activity to appropriately advise on strategic and tactical sales recommendations

  • Support account capture activities

  • Track record of software sales (ideally SaaS) success, with a knowledge of UK Defence and an associated network and credibility

  • An excellent understanding of the challenges faced by Defence addressed by real-time multi-domain alerting

  • Credibility with the full scope of frontline to senior leader customers based on experience, intellect, talent and knowledge

  • Experience in fast-paced, technology and data product driven environments with an ability to deliver results at pace and self-start

  • Adept at strategically navigating and influencing all stakeholders in the Public Sector buying process including users, requirement owners, influencers and budget decision makers

  • Ability to establish clear value propositions, leveraging outstanding written and verbal communication skills, hold customer conversations that influence and deliver convincing company and product presentations that land
