Essential Functions:
- Get an opportunity to start a product career with active at-the-elbow mentorship from seasoned product managers and product leaders
- Support the product team in executing against the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our applications, which ingest, augment, and manage provider data and facilitate care navigation for patients across health systems and health plans.
- Assist in the exploration of how modern search technologies and Generative AI can be utilized to improve care navigation and connect patients with the right providers and care options.
- Gather data and support analysis to determine which product investments will yield the highest ROI; work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Help maintain and execute the product roadmap by assisting Product Managers in defining high-level priorities, writing user stories, and maintaining a well-refined product backlog.
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, helping to reinforce top priorities and track team progress against the roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of new initiatives and features, including basic analysis of Click Through Rate, bounce rate, and user engagement metrics.
- Champion the process of continually fielding questions, bugs, and enhancement requests from our customers, patients, and internal stakeholders. Thoroughly investigate these pain points to help inform and prioritize them against the overall business needs and product roadmap.
- Assess key technology, business, and partnership opportunities that will help us reach our goals faster. Translate business needs into functional user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria, refine the product backlog, and keep the squad on track.

- Create and maintain product artifacts for internal and external audiences, including training materials, release notes, and product documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

- A demonstrated passion for healthcare technology, search, or AI, and a strong desire to learn how to translate market needs into product enhancements.
- Fundamental analytical skills with a history of using data to inform decisions.
- A proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience or strong interest in using both quantitative and qualitative insights to support problem identification and prioritization.
- Nice to have: background in healthcare, health technology, or related industry

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, or equivalent role at a software company, which may include internships.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
