Job Title: Inside Sales
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales position will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase interest and qualify leads for the Outside sales team. He/She will have a keen knowledge of RevSpring’s product offerings and able to close sales while communicating our value to the healthcare industry. In addition, supports other departmental activities to assist with the current client base and initiatives to increase business within new markets by performing the duties below.
Essential Functions:
  • Prepare proposals for new and current clients, assists in responses to requests for proposals (RFP’s) for presentations for prospective/current clients in a timely manner.
  • Gather, track, and support all client custom material requests and pricing.
  • Contact customers to discuss current promotions and new/enhanced product and services offerings.
  • Update and maintain all customer activity spreadsheets and weekly/monthly sales reports as directed.
  • Collaborate in the development of annual sales and marketing strategies/goal setting.
  • Develop special projects as assigned, for example the execution of customer surveys to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend approximately 1-2 conferences a year, with associates and independently. Responsible for client growth and relationship development while in attendance at conferences. Responsible to assisting with post show follow-up resulting in new sales.
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of RevSpring services and products.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
