| Job Title: Vice President, Pharma Solutions Job Summary: The Vice President of Pharma Solutions is a quota-carrying executive responsible for leading the commercial growth strategy across hospital pharmacy, retail pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy markets. In this role, you will drive revenue generation, expand market share, and develop high-value partnerships that position our organization as a leading provider of innovative pharmaceutical solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, R&D, Operations, and Finance to shape solution offerings that meet customer needs and fuel long-term growth. This position requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with deep industry knowledge, strong sales acumen, and the proven ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, highly regulated market. Minimum Requirements: Specific Job Skills:
Education: Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Extensive experience (7+ years) in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical solutions. Supervision: N/A Certifications: N/A Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
