| Job Title: Vice President, Payer Sales Job Summary: RevSpring is seeking a highly accomplished, consultative, and results-driven Vice President,Payer Sales to join our health plan commercial leadership team. This is a player/coach role responsible for both directly owning and growing a portfolio of strategic payer clients and providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to a team of Account Executives. The VP will be accountable for retention, renewal, and revenue expansion across a defined book of payer business while helping to elevate overall sales excellence, account strategy, and executive engagement across the payer segment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the U.S. payer landscape, value-based care dynamics, and healthcare reimbursement, along with a proven ability to build trusted C-suite relationships, drive complex enterprise sales, and lead high-performing teams. Minimum Requirements: Specific Job Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 8+ years of progressive commercial experience in payer (health plan) client sales, Health IT, management consulting, and/or health system operations. Supervision: N/A Certifications: N/A Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
