Partner with product managers to align on product roadmap priorities and feature development based on customer and partner feedback.

Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and product enablement content that resonate with target audiences.

Support customer success and support teams by providing insights into product capabilities and troubleshooting solutions for customer issues.

Filter enterprise requests to ensure they include mandatory user stories, business objectives, and impact metrics. Translate friction points into high-fidelity tickets featuring technical recommendations and ROI statements.

Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that could impact product strategy and partnership opportunities.

Monitor competitive products and solutions, providing feedback to the product team to inform future product development and positioning.

Centralize enablement functions to ensure expanding RevSpring teams match the speed of rapid-fire releases as the organization scales.
