Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Role Overview
The Revenue Operations & Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales by owning event performance tracking, inbound lead processes, account planning analytics, territory insights, and reporting infrastructure. This role ensures visibility into ROI, pipeline health, BDR performance, and overall go-to-market effectiveness through Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Event ROI
  • Own event tracking strategy and execution, including attribution, pipeline impact, and ROI measurement.
  • Develop standardized frameworks for measuring event performance across the funnel (leads, opportunities, revenue).
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize spend and strategy based on performance insights.
Inbound Lead Management
  • Design, implement, and optimize the inbound lead process from the website.
  • Ensure accurate lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking within Salesforce.
  • Monitor conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve speed-to-lead and lead quality.
Sales & Account Planning Analytics
  • Support annual account planning through data-driven insights, including account prioritization, whitespace analysis, and growth potential.
  • Analyze territory coverage to ensure balanced distribution, coverage gaps, and performance alignment.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to Sales leadership to improve coverage and outcomes.
Dashboards & Reporting
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate reporting on pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, activity metrics, and performance trends.
  • Establish data governance and reporting standards to ensure a single source of truth.
BDR Metrics & Performance Tracking
  • Define, track, and report on BDR performance metrics, including:
  • Activity metrics (calls, emails, touches)
  • Lead response time
  • Meetings set and held
  • Conversion rates (lead → meeting → opportunity)
  • Pipeline and revenue influenced
  • Ensure Salesforce is configured to properly capture and report on BDR activity and outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to continuously refine KPIs and coaching insights.
Sales Operations & Ad Hoc Analytics
  • Support broader sales operations initiatives, including process optimization and performance analysis.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for marketing and sales leadership as needed.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on go-to-market measurement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnel metrics, attribution, and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
