| Job Title: Key Account Manager, Preservice Products Job Summary: RevSpring is seeking a Key Account Manager to support our Preservice Products suite. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with healthcare experience and a strong understanding of patient intake and front-end revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate brings credibility in preservice healthcare settings and can partner with clients to improve workflow performance, product adoption, and patient experience. The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall customer experience for assigned strategic accounts. This person serves as the primary point of contact for clients, builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders, supports retention and growth, and works cross-functionally within RevSpring to address client needs and drive value. Education: BA or BS Degree in Business Experience: N/A Supervision: N/A Certifications: Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
